Support

To contact us, simply send a message to our bot. All messages are directed to a separate dialog visible to our support operators, allowing us to quickly see your request and provide the necessary assistance or answer any questions you have about using the bot.

You can also click the menu button on the left and select the /help command (or simply send /help to the bot) to start a conversation with support.

Through the support system, a manager can review your settings, provide feedback, and even make changes to your settings and filters if needed.
